A California native who’s also lived in North Carolina, Connecticut, and Germany, I’ve called Peterborough home since 2011. Throughout my years of traveling and touching down in different climates, I was always drawn to bodywork, movement, and the myriad ways people communicate.  After many years of working with children and adults with disabilities, I felt called to expand my career to include massage therapy.

I firmly believe that when we are stressed and tired, it is impossible to fully live into who we truly are.  My passion is listening to what your body is speaking and allowing that to guide me so you can completely let go, relax, and re-member yourself. By combining techniques from various traditions with Swedish and deep tissue massage,
​I create a session that is as unique as your body. 

I received my massage training at River Valley Community College and continue to learn with mentors throughout the country.  I am especially drawn to CranioSacral Therapy, Zen Shiatsu, and energy work.  In addition to my massage certification, I have a degree in eurythmy, and am a Reiki master. Licensed by the state of New Hampshire (No. 7636), I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
